Meet Michael Spargo
Michael Spargo is the Founder and Managing Director of Healthy Habits & Education. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Credentialed Diabetes Educator with extensive experience in allied health.
Michael is passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through tailored exercise programs, education, and effective management strategies. He has a particular interest in diabetes management, chronic disease, and improving overall fitness and wellbeing.
Beyond the clinic, Michael enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, strength training, running, and cricket. He is a proud dad to a little girl and his Whippet, Wally. Michael strongly believes in practising what he preaches and leads an active, healthy lifestyle.
With a warm and approachable manner, Michael is dedicated to building strong relationships with his clients and supporting them to achieve their personal health goals.

Meghann Bullen
Physiotherapist
Meet Meghann Bullen (Meg)
Meghann Bullen (Meg) is our experienced Physiotherapist at Healthy Habits & Education. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) in 2016 from the University of Newcastle and spent 6 years working as a physiotherapist in the Australian Army.
Meg has extensive experience treating both chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries, with a particular interest in hips, knees, and ankles. She is also an accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach and Running Coach. Meg specialises in athlete rehabilitation as well as supporting DVA and NDIS clients with chronic injuries and conditions.
She is passionate about helping her clients stay active and return to the activities they love. Meg uses a range of techniques including manual therapy, massage, dry needling, and strength and conditioning rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Meg is a mum to a boy and a little girl and is an accomplished ultra-marathon runner. She is currently ranked in the top 10 females in Australia for trail running and holds the Fastest Known Time for the 231km Larapinta Trail.
