Q: How can you help me manage my diabetes?
A: Our team of highly qualified experts in diabetes education and management can help you develop healthy habits and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to improve your blood sugar control. We can also assist with medication education, carbohydrate education, and blood glucose monitoring.
Q: Do I need a referral to see you?
A: While a referral from your GP is required for a CDM, you do not necessarily need a referral to see us. However, we recommend discussing our services with your GP to determine the best course of action for your specific needs and health conditions.
